• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Wigs with cut or customized lace and altered hair are final sale.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
